BRM Medical Billing, LLC, located in Newton, Massachusetts, was founded by Barbara Mauger in 2021. BRM has a wide range of clients representing different specialty areas and has a strong expertise in Behavioral Health billing.

Our team has considerable experience in billing and revenue cycle management. 

All of our services are performed at our offices and we will never outsource. We believe in tailoring a personal customer service experience with rapid response times and convenient availability. Customer service and satisfaction is our main priority!!

We remain flexible to your needs. We are able to use our own billing software or if the client prefers, their software. We have extensive experience with many different billing software platforms.
